REPORTS TO
Studio Lead
You’ll design the interfaces people use to work with AI systems: agent dashboards, review flows, and the moments where a human needs to trust what a machine did.
You work directly with clients and engineers, from first sketches to shipped product. No handoff decks, no layers in between.
— Design end-to-end product experiences for client AI systems.
— Turn fuzzy workflows into clear, usable interfaces.
— Prototype fast, test with real users, and refine in production.
— Own the design system and keep quality consistent across projects.
— Several years designing shipped software products.
— Strong interaction and visual design fundamentals.
— Comfortable designing in the open, directly with clients.
— You can work close to engineers and think in components.
— You prototype in code, or close to it.
— Experience designing for AI or data-heavy products.
— A sharp eye for typography and editorial layouts.
