REPORTS TO
Studio Lead
Some people sit between design and engineering and make both better. You’ll take our designs to production exactly as intended: spacing, motion, and all the details that usually get lost in handoff.
You’ll pair with the product designer daily and own the interface layer of client systems end to end.
— Build production interfaces from our designs, pixel-faithful.
— Own the motion layer: transitions, micro-interactions, loading states.
— Maintain the shared component library across projects.
— Prototype ideas in code fast enough to change design decisions.
— Strong TypeScript and React, with a designer’s eye.
— A portfolio where the built thing matches the designed thing.
— Fluent with animation on the web: transforms, springs, timing.
— You sweat typography and spacing without being told to.
— Experience with Framer, WebGL, or shader work.
— You’ve built design systems used by other people.
— Motion design background.
