Studio Lead
Every project starts with a week of discovery. You’ll run it: map the client’s workflows, find where AI creates real leverage, and turn it into a fixed-price scope the team can build.
You’re the bridge between what clients say they want and what will actually move their numbers.
— Lead discovery weeks: interviews, workflow mapping, opportunity scoring.
— Write the scopes and go/no-go recommendations clients sign.
— Stay involved through delivery so scope survives contact with reality.
— Feed what you learn back into how we sell and build.
— Consulting, solutions, or product background with technical depth.
— You can read a workflow and spot the automation inside it.
— Sharp writing; your scopes are the contract.
— Fluent in what current AI systems can and cannot do.
— You’ve scoped or sold fixed-price software work.
— Domain depth in SaaS, finance, or healthcare.
— A second European language.
