Operations Lead
This is the rare junior role in a senior studio. You’ll automate our internal workflows: onboarding, reporting, handoffs, and the glue between tools.
You’ll sit close to the engineering team, use the same AI tooling we ship to clients, and grow into systems work fast.
— Build and maintain internal automations across our tool stack.
— Turn repetitive studio processes into workflows that run themselves.
— Document what you build so anyone can maintain it.
— Spot the next thing worth automating before anyone asks.
— You’ve automated real things: scripts, Zapier/Make, or code.
— Curious, organized, and self-directed.
— Comfortable learning new tools weekly.
— Based in or near Porto, or willing to be here part of the week.
— Basic Python or TypeScript.
— Experience with LLM tools beyond chat.
— You’ve worked in a small company before.
