Founders
Most of our work arrives through people who trust us. You’ll build that surface area: agency partners who bring us in, platforms we build on, and clients who come back twice.
This is a senior commercial role with equity, working directly with the founders on where the studio goes next.
— Own the partner pipeline: agencies, consultancies, and platforms.
— Turn one-off client wins into long-term relationships.
— Represent Forja at the events and rooms that matter.
— Work with the founders on positioning and pricing.
— A track record building B2B relationships that produced revenue.
— You understand technical services well enough to sell them honestly.
— Clear, warm, direct communication in English; Portuguese is a plus.
— Based in or near Porto, or willing to be here weekly.
— An existing network in AI, product, or agency circles.
— You’ve worked inside a studio or agency before.
— Comfort with public speaking or writing in public.
